How do you ship orders?

We ship via different couriers depending on your location — we'll always make sure your order gets to you as smoothly as possible.

DHL Express Worldwide
We ship globally via DHL Express. A custom shipping quote will be sent to your email — choose your preferred delivery option before we process your order.

How does international shipping work?

Once you place an international order, we'll email you a custom DHL shipping quote based on your location and the size of your package. You then choose your preferred option:

Option 1
DAP / DDU
You pay any import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Shipping cost only is charged upfront.

A secure Maya payment link will be sent to finalize your DHL shipping fee before your order is dispatched.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders after the cut-off or placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

When is the shop open?

Visit us in person at our store in Bacoor, Cavite. Here are our operating hours:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods whether you're shopping online or visiting the store in person:

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment links. We never store your card details, and our Shopify checkout is fully PCI-compliant.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges within 7 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with packaging intact.

Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in that case, we cover it. Message us and we'll sort it out directly, no runaround.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's on us — we fix it. Message us on Facebook, Instagram, or email customercare@paldobikes.com with your order details and a photo. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
