  • Outlet Menu: Items purchased from the "Outlet Menu" are sold as-is and are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. RAPID PROCESSING & MODIFICATIONS Because we commit to a 1-2 hour handling time during business hours, once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment pipeline immediately. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications to an order can be made after the order is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS We may provide you with access to third-party tools such as Maya payment links for international shipping fees. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties or conditions of any kind.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
