Paldo Bikes Return & Refund Policy
At Paldo Bikes, we deal in premium performance gear. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers.
1. Return Window You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn/Unused: Items must not have been used on a ride.
- Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase from paldobikes.com.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Exceptions
- Outlet Menu: All items purchased from our Outlet Menu are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Hygiene Exclusion: For hygiene reasons, clothing items such as jerseys, bib shorts, shorts, and tights are not eligible for exchange or return once the packaging is opened or the tags are removed, unless they arrive faulty or defective.
- Custom Orders: Customized or special-order bike builds and gift cards.
4. How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at customercare@paldobikes.com or message our official Facebook page. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, Paldo Bikes will cover the return logistics.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
