We want to make it easy for you to pay — whether you're shopping online or picking up in person, we've got you covered.
For international DHL orders, a secure Maya payment link will be sent via email to settle your shipping fee before dispatch.
7-Day Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.
- You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange — item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition
- Exchanges only for the same product in a different size, fitting, or compatibility. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after the item has been received
- Return shipping is on the customer — unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it
- To start an exchange, email customercare@paldobikes.com or message us on Facebook with your order number within 7 days of delivery
📦 Item Arrived Damaged or Incorrect?
That's on us — we fix it. Message us on Facebook, Instagram, or email customercare@paldobikes.com with your order details and a photo. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible. No runaround, no excuses.
