We ship to cyclists everywhere in the world. Here's how it works — simple, transparent, and no surprises.

You pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Lower upfront shipping cost.
Option 2 — Recommended

Paldo Bikes covers duties and taxes upfront — included in your shipping quote. No surprises at the door.

How it works: Once you place your order, we'll email you a custom DHL shipping quote with both options. You choose your preferred method, and a secure Maya payment link will be sent to finalize your shipping fee.
Order Processing Cut-off: 4:00 PM — Monday to Friday
Orders confirmed before 4 PM on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders after 4 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchange

7-Day Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.

  • You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange — item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition
  • Exchanges only for the same product in a different size, fitting, or compatibility. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after the item has been received
  • Return shipping is on the customer — unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it
  • To start an exchange, email customercare@paldobikes.com or message us on Facebook with your order number within 7 days of delivery

Hygiene Exception — Clothing Items
For hygiene reasons, jerseys, bib shorts, shorts, and tights are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive faulty or defective. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

📦 Item Arrived Damaged or Incorrect?

That's on us — we fix it. Message us on Facebook, Instagram, or email customercare@paldobikes.com with your order details and a photo. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible. No runaround, no excuses.
